Nate {Senior}

Photographing Nate for his high school senior photos made me feel very old, because I remember the day this guy was born! My friend Tracy and I were pioneers in the parenting department among our friend group. I stared at this sweet boy’s face as a baby, dreaming of the child that I would be having a few months later. :)  To top if off, Nate turned 18 today! He has always been such an incredibly kind and smart guy, and I know he’ll achieve whatever he sets his mind to in life. He will soon graduate from Walnut Hills here in Cincinnati, Ohio, and then further his education at Ohio State University.

Thanks for allowing us to do your photos, Nate! We wish you all the best in the journey ahead.

Brie {Senior}

Brie’s mom first contacted us because they were looking for something different and fresh for Brie’s senior photos. As a very eccentric and artistic family, they wanted more than the typical sessions they’ve seen, and we were eager to meet the challenge! Well, Brett and I didn’t have a clue how inspiring this shoot was going to be.  Brie had her mom, dad, aunt & cousin were present for support and artistic guidance…and they’re all in the arts! Talk about some serious good energy happening!

Brie’s mom, Ann, made the vintage dress and hat from an old pattern. How cool it that?! They also found a fantastic building (owned by a talented artist friend who lives there) to use for the session. Every single inch of that place had us giddy with inspiration.

Here are a few favorites, although it was incredibly difficult to narrow down…
